Woman Tries To Board Plane In A Skimpy Bikini But Is Denied Access

A careful observation of any setting often reveals elements of drama, particularly in the context of an airport.

A recent incident exemplifies this when a 21-year-old woman attempted to board a flight clad solely in a bikini. Despite her explanations following the denial of her entry at the gate, the authorities maintained their decision.

The individual in question is Kine-Chan, a Brazilian model and cosplayer. This was not merely a case of someone attempting to board a flight in a bikini after a day at the beach; rather, she was dressed as the character Rebecca from the anime series Cyberpunk: Edgerunners (2022).

Despite her explanations, she was prohibited from boarding the aircraft while wearing her black bikini, complemented by a blue wig and black sandals. At the time, she was en route to an event and was in full costume.

While attempting to catch her flight at Navegantes Airport in Brazil, she was stopped due to her attire being deemed ‘inappropriate.’

Kine-Chan later took to Instagram to recount her experience, explaining that her choice of outfit was made for a particular purpose. She stated:

An unfortunate incident occurred this past weekend. I attempted to board a flight at Navegantes airport while dressed in a Rebecca cosplay for an event. Aware that I might be running late, I chose this outfit to save time and head directly to my accommodation. However, I was instructed to return home and change, as my attire was deemed ‘inappropriate.’

Following the incident, fans quickly rallied in her support within the comments section. While some argued that she may have overreacted, many others expressed their unwavering support for Chan.

Traveling by air can undoubtedly be a highly stressful experience, and in this instance, it escalated into an unexpected situation for her. Ultimately, she was denied boarding at the gate, yet she still managed to capture a brief moment of public attention.
